Monster Bash Vendor Village Application & Information

Playground Productions Studio is pleased to announce that Monster Bash is back after an unexpected hiatus in 2024! We will be accepting up to 40 vendors for our Vendor Village. We will also feature live music, street performers, local beer, cider and wine and more fun activities!

We are not affiliated with the Irvington Halloween Festival, but we are in close proximity to the festival and we get a lot of festival traffic come out to the event. On average we have around 3000-5000 visitors pass through our Halloween event.

VENDORS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A HALLOWEEN/ODDITIES/SPOOKY THEME. WE ARE ACCEPTING A VARIETY OF VENDORS.
 
Please note, we are not accepting any informational booths; we are focusing on artists, crafters, handmade goods, food vendors, and other types of vendors that supply retail products on site at event.
 
Also, we will not be accepting any alcohol vendors.

BOOTH OPTIONS & PRICING

Early Bird Pricing (ends August 31st)

  • Single booth: $100, 10×10 outdoor booth
  • Double booth: $200, 10×20 outdoor booth
  • Triple booth: $300, 10×30 outdoor booth
    • No access to electricity or WiFi for any booth

Price starting October 1st:

  • Single: $120
  • Double $250
  • Triple $375

QUICK OVERVIEW OF DETAILS/TERMS

Payment Terms:

  • Booths are first come, first serve. Vendor must make the full payment and complete the agreement to reserve booth space; we recommend you make your payment immediately as space is limited.
  • Final payment deadline for vendors accepted on or after September 1st is October 17th (there is no guarantee booths will still be available so if approved make payment ASAP to secure a booth).
  • Early Bird payments must be received by August 31st. (Again, there is no guarantee Early Bird booths will still be available if you wait to pay)
  • ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS unless you cancel within 24 hours of making your payment

Load-in:

  • Load-in takes place on FRIDAY, October 24, from 11am-3:00pm and 4:30pm-7pm. Bonna Ave will be closed 6am-6pm on the day of event is not accessible via vehicle. When the time comes, Playground will ask vendors to select a load-in time.
    • No load-ins after 7pm on the 24th. If a vendor cannot make the load-in window on Friday, it is your responsible to manage getting to our venue and setting up on time for the event. 
  • All property will be stored in a safe and secure warehouse.
  • Early load-in is not required, but highly recommended. This is an option we offer as a convenience to vendors. If you do not choose early load in, you will be responsible for getting to the venue the day of, transporting all your supplies/goods to your space, and getting set up by 10:45am.

Installation/Set-up:

  • Vendors can begin getting booths ready the day of the event starting at 9:00am and must be completed by 10:45am as Vendor Village opens to customers at 11am.
  • Late set up WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. 
    • No set up permitted after 10:45am as there will be large crowds in the area. 
    • No refunds will be issued if you are not set up on time. 
    • No shows will not be refunded.
  • Vendors are expected to furnish their own Space, including tents, canopies, tables, chairs, displays, signage, etc.
  • All furnishings must fit within the Space provided and are not permitted to extend beyond the designated Space. 

Load-out/Tear-down:

  • Vendors must remove their booth items, dispose of all trash and vacate premises no later than no later than 6:30pm.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RESERVING A BOOTH

Upon approval, Vendors must sign the e-agreement AND make a payment in order to secure a booth. Your booth will not be confirmed until both actions are completed.

The e-agreement will contain more policies and specific information.
