Wedding Ceremony & Reception Live Streaming
Playground Productions provides wedding live streaming in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Travel fees will be added on for any location outside of Marion County.
Live streaming your wedding ceremony is a great option if you are having an intimate ceremony with a small guest list, but yet you would like family and friends to be able to watch your ceremony or if have friends and family that may not be able to attend or travel to your wedding. We can also live stream parts of your reception as well.
Please note this service is not intended to replace a professional videographer; although our live stream video will be high quality, our services are strictly focused on live streaming and will not be cinematic or artistic like a traditional wedding video.
Wedding Live Streaming Services
Starts at $500
- Initial 15 minute phone consultation
- Includes 30 minutes of stream time. For 30+ minute ceremonies/receptions, additional charges will be incurred.
- Up to 4 cameras and camera angles for the live stream (venue layout and other restrictions may affect camera placement, number of cameras, etc.)
- Tech site visit
- Live stream will be available via a private, unlisted link on YouTube channel
- Downloadable copy of the live stream.* Large files will require client to come to engineer’s studio to upload to an external memory device such as a thumb drive or hard drive.
- 50 percent deposit due to reserve date
- If booking with less than 4 weeks notice, full amount is due to reserve.
- Access to a direct ethernet connection is preferred.
- The location of your wedding ceremony must have access to high speed internet either wirelessly or through a direct ethernet connection to be able to broadcast your wedding live. If your location does not have an adequate internet signal, we will record your wedding and immediately post for viewing upon completion of your ceremony and/or reception.
- Also please be aware, we do not provide any kind of backup internet. Client is responsible to provide a portable hotspot device if a backup is needed.
- Tech site visit required at least 24-hours prior to wedding date for assessment
- Venue layout and restrictions may affect camera placement, how many cameras can be set up, etc. We will discuss this with you during our site visit.
- 4 weeks notice preferred to book
Additional costs will be incurred for:
- 2 hour and up ceremonies and receptions. Only 1 hour is included at the starting price.
- If required to attend the rehearsal.
- Our Live Stream services do not replace a professional wedding videographer. The raw footage we capture is solely intended for live streaming which is reflected in our rates and is not meant to serve as any kind of wedding memento video.
- We highly recommend that if you want an artistic & cinematic wedding video, you should consider hiring a professional wedding videographer.
Mobile Hours
Sunday-Thursday: 11am-10pm
Friday & Saturday: 11am-midnight
Engineers may not available on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
