Playground Productions Studio Live Streaming
Playground Productions offers in studio live stream performance packages for musicians, theater groups, dance groups, comedians, or any other performer in our studio space. We also offer mobile live streaming services for live performances, church services, memorial services, graduations, baby showers, weddings, and custom occasions.
In Studio Live Stream Packages
For our in studio streaming services, we offer 3 different packages to choose from. We have the DIY package for groups that just want to utilize our open 1000 sq ft Blue Room, but manage their own stream and tickets/donations. Our two full service packages include the venue, audio engineer, equipment, and our staff will manage your live stream and tickets/donations. If you’d like to record a live studio album, that option can also be included!For all packages, the groups will receive 100 percent of their ticket/donation proceeds (minus PayPal fees for the full service packages.)
Full Service Stream & Record Package
2 Hours: $400
3 Hours: $550
- 1000+ sq ft open performance room
- Sound engineer
- Multi-track recording of live stream content (mixing & mastering is an additional fee)
- PA system: Mixer, speakers, microphones, stands & cables. Backline available by request: Drums & cymbals, guitar amp. (Client sets up backline)
- Our staff will set up streaming and create/manage pay-per-view tickets with your desired pricing.
- You keep 100 percent of proceeds (minus a small PayPal processing fee)
- 1 week notice required to book
Full Service Stream Package
2 Hours: $225
3 Hours: $330
- 1000+ sq ft open performance room
- Sound engineer

DIY Stream
Package
2 Hours: $175
3 Hours: $250
- 1000+ sq ft open performance room
- PA system: Mixer, speakers, microphones, stands & cables. Client provides all other backline (drums, cymbals, guitar amp, etc.)
- Sound engineer is not included.
- Client sets up their own video streaming and ticket/donate links
- You keep 100 percent of your proceeds.
- 1 week notice required to book
Mobile Live Streaming
Our engineer can come to your location with our equipment and live stream events/occasions. We provide mobile live streaming for: concerts and other live performances, church services, graduations,
memorial services, custom occasions, and more!
- Initial 15 minute phone consultation
- Up to 4 cameras and camera angles for the live stream
- Live stream will be available via a private, unlisted link on YouTube channel
- Downloadable copy of the live stream.* Large files will require client to come to engineer’s studio to upload to an external memory device such as a thumb drive or hard drive.
- 50 percent deposit due to reserve date
- If booking with less than 4 weeks notice, full amount is due to reserve.
- Access to a direct ethernet connection is required; we cannot stream via wireless internet connections.
- If your location does not an adequate internet signal for live streaming, we may have to record the function therefore your viewers would not be able to view it live, but it would be immediately posted for viewing after the recording is completed.
- 4 weeks notice preferred to book
Please note live streaming services are not the same as professional videography. Our service focuses solely on creating a high quality stream and will not be a cinematic or artistic memento type video service.
In Studio Rental Hours
Sunday-Thursday: 11am-10pm
Friday & Saturday: 11am-midnight
Rentals may not available on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
Mobile Hours
Sunday-Thursday: 11am-10pm
