Private Events: Space Rental (Does Not Include Engineer or Cash Bar)
For clients that would like to rent our venue for a private function and do not need an engineer or wish to have alcohol sold, we offer space rentals only. This option is best for kid’s birthday parties, graduation parties, or any event or occasion where you prefer to not have a cash bar.
For this option, client must bring in a speaker or Bluetooth speaker if they want to play any type of music.
Clients that wish to utilize this option must call and get approval from the venue. When you have been approved, you will be given a password to book your private function.
Private Rental
(No Engineer & No Cash Bar)
Full Venue: $125 per hour
Half Venue: $100 per hour
2-hr minimum
Full Venue:
1800 sq ft of event space: Lounge, Blue Room and Orange Room.
No audio engineer, no cash bar with bartender.
Half Venue:
1400 sq ft of event space: Lounge and Blue Room.
No audio engineer, no cash bar with bartender.
1 week notice required to book
Equipment:
- Up to 50 chairs and four 2×5 tables
- Access to kitchenette & load in garage
- If you want to play music, you will need to bring your own speaker or Bluetooth speaker
- 100 people standing only
- 50 people seated, 25 standing
We do not provide catering, but client is welcome to bring in a caterer or bring in food and snacks for the rental. We have a small kitchenette with a sink and microwave, but food preparation and dishwashing is required to be completed off site.
Clients ARE NOT permitted to bring in alcohol for personal consumption, to provide to guests, or to sell to guests. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you would like to have access to a cash bar, please choose a Rental Package.
- Any additional time needed to decorate, setup, etc will be available as an Add-On at $100 for 1 hour or $50 for 30 minutes. Please note this time cannot be used to extend your event. The rental length you choose determines how long your event lasts. Add on time may only be used for setting up, decorating, etc. You will be charged for any overage.
Venue Rental Hours
Sunday-Thursday: 11:00am-10:00pm
Friday & Saturday: 11:00am-11:00pm
Rentals are not available on holidays, including: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
