Half-O-Ween in Irvington Vendor Village Application & Information

Join us for the first ever Half-O-Ween in Irvington, celebrating the halfway point to the most wonderful time of the year, Halloween in Irvington!

Location: Playground Productions Studio in the Coal Factory Complex (Outdoors)

Vending hours: 10am-5pm

BOOTH OPTIONS & PRICING
- Single: $100
- Double $200
- Triple $300
- No access to electricity or WiFi for any booth
QUICK OVERVIEW OF DETAILS/TERMS
Payment Terms:
- Booths are first come, first serve. Vendor must make the full payment and complete the agreement to reserve booth space; we recommend you make your payment immediately as space is limited.
- Final payment deadline for vendors accepted is April 18th (there is no guarantee booths will still be available so if approved make payment ASAP to secure a booth).
Installation/Set-up:
- Vendors will be directed to booth space upon arrival. We will not be sending out booth assignments.
- Vendors can begin getting booths ready the day of the event starting at 8:00am and must be completed by 9:45am as Vendor Village opens to customers at 10am.
- No set up permitted after 10am. No refunds will be issued if you are not set up on time. No shows will also not be refunded.
- Vendors are expected to furnish their own space, including tents, canopies, tables, chairs, displays, signage, etc.
- All furnishings must fit within the space provided and are not permitted to extend beyond the designated Space.
Load-out/Tear-down:
- Vendors must remove their booth items, dispose of all trash and vacate premises no later than no later than 6:30pm.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RESERVING A BOOTH
Upon approval, Vendors must sign the e-agreement AND make a payment in order to secure a booth. Your booth will not be confirmed until both actions are completed.
FOOD VENDORS: Hard payment deadline is March 14th in order to have time to submit food vendor info the the Marion County Health Department.
We are not accepting alcohol vendors this year, but please get in touch if you would be interested in a sponsorship.
