Playground Productions Rehearsal Discounts
Playground Productions is pleased to offer off-peak discounts Monday-Friday from the hours of 9am-5pm for our Orange Room & Blue Room. Discounts are available for 2-hour, 3-hour, and 4-hour rehearsal blocks!
How Our Rehearsal Spaces Work
Our rehearsal spaces are self-serve (kind of like an airbnb), staff will not be on site during your rehearsal. Please note, engineers are not available as an add on for discounted rehearsals. After you book, you will receive an email confirmation with all the info you need to access the space and operate your rehearsal. You will also receive a required onboarding call to go over instructions and give you an opportunity to ask questions.
If you need a private rental without any other clients in the space and free from noise interruptions, we recommend you choose the Private Rehearsal on the Rehearsal Rental page.
Blue Room
$45 per hour
2, 3, & 4 Hour Blocks Available
1000 square feet, 26ft x 40ft open space with no enclosures, room is open to the rest of the facility. Best option for bands with more than 5 pieces, larger groups, and bands requiring a large space to set up stage layouts to prepare for touring.
This option is not a private enclosed room; it is open to the rest of the facility and there may be other clients using the Orange Room or Solo Rehearsal Room as well as sharing of restroom & commons spaces. If you need a private rehearsal to ensure exclusive access or avoid noise interruptions or need an engineer to help with your rehearsal, you must book from the Rehearsal Rental page.

- Excluded: anything not listed above is not available
We DO NOT offer short term or long term equipment storage.
- Wi-Fi: Login details will be provided in your rehearsal confirmation email.
- Ethernet access (must provide your own cable)
- Parking
- Same day booking subject to availability, 2-hr notice required
- New clients will receive a required onboarding call
- Discounted rehearsals cannot be rescheduled. If you cancel, no refunds will be given.
- Discount will automatically be applied to any rehearsal scheduled between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
- Discounts do not apply if you schedule a rehearsal, for example, from 4pm-6pm, 3pm-7pm, etc.
- For any rehearsal going past the 5pm, please book on the Rehearsal Rental page.
- Discounts do not apply to any rehearsal scheduled at 5pm or later.
- If you need to add on an engineer, you must book from our Rehearsal Rental page at regular rates.
Orange Room
$30 per hour
2, 3 & 4 Hour Blocks Available
400 square feet, 20ft x20ft soundproofed and enclosed rehearsal space, best for smaller groups and up to 5 piece bands.
This option is in a private enclosed room, but there may be other clients using the Blue Room or Solo Rehearsal Room as well as sharing of restroom & common spaces. If you need a private rehearsal to ensure exclusive access or avoid noise interruptions or need an engineer to help with your rehearsal, you must book from the Rehearsal Rental page.

Monday-Sunday: 9:00am-Midnight
Playground Productions is a self serve studio. Staff are only present during regular office hours. If you need an engineer for your rehearsal, you will need to choose an hourly rehearsal on the Rehearsal Rental page.
