RECORDING POLICIES
It is your responsibility to read, familiarize yourself with, and follow all of our studio policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must call or text us to cancel or reschedule. Email requests will not be honored.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your initial booking you will receive a full refund if requested
- No reschedules will be granted with less than 72 hours notice.
- You can only reschedule once if proper notice is given, appointment must be rescheduled no later than two weeks from cancellations date.
- If you are unable to reschedule your booking within the required two week period, you will not receive a refund.
- Day of cancellations and no shows will not receive any refunds or be able to reschedule.
- Weather cancellations/rescheduling: if there is a travel warning listed on the Indiana DHS website for Marion County and or the county you live in as listed on your photo ID, we will allow you to reschedule without penalty or issue a refund if you are not able to reschedule.
RELEASE POLICY
- Recorded tracks will be released when and if full balance is paid.
- Mastered tracks or mixes will be released as client has paid for them per our mastering rates.
BREAK POLICY
- Engineer is entitled to a 15 minute break for every 2 hours worked and a 1 hour break for every 4 hours worked. Client is not charged for these break times.
The clock does not stop for smoke breaks or other interruptions.
VISITOR/GUEST/PET POLICY
- Only Renter and those associated with rentals are permitted inside the studio during your rental time. Do not bring guests (friends, family, spouse, children, etc.)
- No pets allowed unless certified service animal.
